Clues to Central Mass boxes?

From: pjsmom30 (oasislipbalm@yahoo.com) | Date: 2002-06-02 17:28:41 UTC
Hi all,
I am brand new to letterboxing, and just wanted to get out and find a
couple. I tried the links on the letterbox website to the boxes in
Berlin, Bolton, Northboro (Mt. Pisgah) and Westboro, and none of the
links work. Can anyone hook me up with the clues or where to find
them? Thanks so much!!

Gina

The Mount Pisgah Fleglings letterbox has been retired due to the
stamp being stolen several times. The clue has been taken off the
Web. I thought I posted that info here a while back, but my apologies
if I forgot!

As for the other boxes, I don't know about those.

But there are many other boxes in Mass.--good luck!
Bonnie

I don't know why the Westborough clue doesn't come up - it's still
there:

Peace on Earth Letterbox
Westborough, MA, Worcester County
Placed December 11, 2001 by Warrior Woman
Easy clues and terrain

In these days of urban sprawl and industrial buildup, it is
comforting to know that you can still find "Peace On Earth" on one of
the last remaining working farms in the Metrowest/Central MA area.
Farmer Harvey represents the fifth generation of farming on this
land. Crops include corn, pumpkins, and a variety of fruits and
vegetables.

Bonnie,

Thanks for the info! It's too bad about the Fledglings box. If it is
true that it was near the geocache in the area, then it was literally
in my backyard..I live down the hill on the Berlin side and hike by
there all the time.

will fix it!

Also,
Bonnie, maybe it would be a good idea to remove the box from the list
on the website.
